Conditions

To all storage activities (including loading, discharging of containers) and legal relationships ensuing thereof, the Dutch Warehousing Conditions of the Fenex (most recent version) are exclusively applicable.

To all other activities (including forwarding activities and tax representation) and legal relationships ensuing thereof, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (most recent version) are exclusively applicable. The Dutch Warehousing Conditions and the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, contain a choice for Dutch law and an arbitration clause for arbitration in Rotterdam pursuant to the FENEX Rules of Arbitration. The applicability of any other conditions is expressly rejected.
